“I’m very grateful for the opportunity to take part in, and complete the seven steps in your Stress to Strength course.
I practice kinesiology and am an energy healer. It is really important as part of my practice that I protect my energy at all times, in order for me to be an effective conduit for my clients. I have my routine pre and post client sessions in order to be at my best for each of my clients. Part of my preparation is a breathing exercise to relax and “quiet” my mind. Step 1 of the course cemented for me how important a tool this is. I have already been able to share this tool with a 14 year old client. It was perfect to be able to share not only the technique itself, but to be able to talk about how it actually works in a simple way, without blinding him with science.
As with the subsequent steps I have received, invaluable tools everyone should be aware of and be able to use in everyday life, with simple instructions. Also a concise and not too ‘sciencey’ explanation of how these tools actually work.”
